The effects of Drugs within Cycling questionnaire!

Hello Cyclists and CycleChat community,

I am a sports student at UCLAN currently studying the effects of drugs within Cycling. I have a quick questionnaire that will take roughly five minutes to complete and I'd appreciate if anyone would put aside the time in-order to help a student out!

There are 5 questions, some that require a typed answer; I figured that cyclists will be able to give me the best feedback that will help me with my studies.
