There was a street party on Bishopthorpe Road recently (local shopping street, middle of the Muesli Belt), and the local bike shop organised a tube changing competition - from flat, tyre off, tube out, new tube in, tyre on, pumped up to a certain pressure. Target times were set by the workshop lads.

I didn't embarrass myself by entering, I'd be there still...

Good idea though - easy enough to set up with a few wheels, for a fete or something.
