Just come in from a lovely summer evening's ride - along the Tyne and then up through the Ouseburn valley - only spoiled by really incredible pockets of fog. I didn't see any - in fact it was a gorgeous summer evening - calm and beautifully sunny. However, as I rode along saw about a dozen cars coming towards me with their fog lamps on - WHY?
These were fog lamps - not the LEDs at the front - it's illegal isn't it to drive with fog lamps on if not appropriate weather conditions.
Rant over - off to have a sickly sausage roll......
