England v Costa Rica, Florida, delayed one hour, France v Iraq, Pholadelphia, delayed two hours. Maybe FIFA should've thought about the unpredictable weather in America in the summer when granting them participation in a second World Cup?

Yes, England won. I saw bits of it, I'm not in a position to talk about the 15 - 20 minutes I half watched towards the end. Any thoughts I have don't have much relevance.
