I think promotion is only certain today if we win and Sheffield United fail to win tonight.

As I understand it they can overtake Leeds current points total if Leeds lose their last two games and they win tonight and both their final two games.

Pompey safe, hurrah. The 5-3 win at Norwich (only the second away win of the season) on Friday followed by 1-0 today. Six clear with two to play and Derby and Hull's match to come means that they both can't overtake us.

Accy kind of blew it regarding certain safety, but with a 10 goal advantage over 2nd from bottom Carlisle, who can only match Accy's points total, not overtake us I think we are safe now. Though I think it'll be difficult for us to get another point this season with our last 2 games of the season against promotion chasing sides. We had one shot on goal today, thankfully it led to our goal!
