My sympathy is with the fans. Once again they are the ones to pick up the pieces and hopefully they can do a Chester / Bury / Hereford etc and form a supporter owned club and start again.

From what you read it is yet another owner who shouldn't have passed the EFL fit to own a club test.

I would argue there are probably very few who pass the PL or EFL fit and proper test. The number of crisis situations we've seen over the years suggests many shouldn't be in the game.
