My club, Blackburn Rovers, have introduced digital season tickets. My son needs a personal assistant, me, to take him to matches and our season tickets are linked. There are occasions when I can't go and I usually pass the tickets to one of my other sons or a carer. The STs are now in Google Wallet meaning I can't pass on anything physically. I'm very familiar with sharing concert tickets etc from Google Wallet with others but this isn't possible with our season tickets. The club have assured me it won't be a problem. I remain to be convinced!! I'm sure I'll find a solution but think I'll have to go down to Ewood for support to organise this. I like to think I'm reasonably tech savvy but can't fathom this one.....................I won't be alone.

We have digital tickets for tomorrow's Carabao game. Fingers crossed.

I'll say this before KO. Tonight Rovers will put out a lot of squad players, mainly youngsters from our academy. I'm all for this. Except when we lose, which I fear we will, the coach will be all about "we need to give these players some minutes" "transition" and similar nonsense.

I don't see that much difference between europa league and the conference league. Neither are champions league, but both are a European competition.

Well the difference is a few million quid I think. That and the that Conference league is contested by absolute dross before finally being won by a rubbish Premier League team, while the Europa League is.... err...

As you were then.

It does appear that the team from England has a 50% chance of winning.
It’s been won twice in four years.

At least you got one back. Boro got dicked 4-0 by Donny.

Ouch! That's bad. Callum will be wondering why he moved. 🤣

I watched Accrington Stanley beat Peterborough United 2-1 last night. We held on, even when the referee thought 12 minutes (or was it 13 🤔) of added time was acceptable! Peterborough chucked everything at Stanley's defence in that long added time, but they held on to claim a decent victory over a division higher team. 😉

Only 847 watched the game, with probably 200 or so from Peterborough. Times are hard financial wise, so I suppose many adults who pay full price to attend thought their money was better spent on something else.

This was pointed out to me in the pub last night by my mate who had just got back from watching Northampton v Southampton (the game I watched in the pub) - worryingly low attendance especially considering the Peterborough contingent. Compare that to the 9500+ that went to Chesterfield v Mansfield (OK, its a local derby but . . .)

Nevertheless, well done on beating our arch rivals!
