I found this on Facebook and didn't know whether to post it on the football or the gentleman's style thread, but I decided on posting it on here. I used to love this kit, especially the yellow away one! I'd wear that tracksuit if I was younger when I didn't walk with a stick, as it's so 1970's retro! I don't know who the left and right players are as it didn't say on Facebook, but I'd say that's Mike England in the middle when he must've been Wales's manager at the time.

I've just looked it up to find Mike England was the Wales manager, but from 1980 to 1988, not as thought in the mid 1970's, which going off that kit/strip made me think was when he must've been the manager of Wales.

He played for Wales early 70s so must be from then, which makes more sense having 3 players modelling the new kit

Despite my earlier reservations about Dyche at Forest, I sensed (before last night's game) a softening of attitude to him, he put out a good interview, he came across well. There seems to be a growing enthusiasm and positivity, and as his style is far more akin to Nunos, perhaps he is a better fit with the players rather than the long term ambitions of the club.
Ironically, looking at the stats, Postecogulos showed promise, everything was improved, they just couldn't score !!!
Strange old times...but there seems to be more positivity, that win will do them good.

I'm a Rovers season ticket holder so you can imagine the feeling from further east down the M65.

Many of us would have given an arm, leg and our eye teeth to get Dyche to Ewood. You've got a good 'un.

I've heard that Forest was Dyche's dream job.
Doesn't guarantee success but at least you know he will be giving 100%.

He's already banned gloves and snoods which I totally approve of.

Said hats and snoods in the articles I read, not gloves  Otherwise think of the poor goalies

Ah, was it? I think the gloves thing was from his time at Burnley.

I felt embarrassed for Casemeiro last weekend as the only outfield player wearing gloves. What he's going to do when it actually gets cold? Wear a Dry Robe?
