Disappointing result against Villa today. We looked toothless without Summerville.
We HAVE to get a result from our next match home to Wolves.

And hope the Spuds hang onto their manager till after that.

Not sure why Arsenal get criticised for sticking with their Caraboa cup keeper for the final, whilst no comment for Man city doing likewise.

I get that one made an error one made a good save, but Arsenal's defenders need to look at their marking for both goals.

I had no issue with sticking with him, but wanted him subbed and that wasn't due to the error, it was purely tactical because we were struggling to get out from the back and Raya is a far better distributor, both long and short

The difference is that the Arsenal keeper (Kepa) has always been the second string, while the Manchester City keeper (Trafford) was initially signed as the first choice keeper, with Donarruma only taking that role when he became available after Trafford was signed.

Definitely Kepa's fault for Arsenal not scoring then

Spurs look to be in complete free fall. I heard one commentator suggest it's hard to see them getting more than one more point this season - against Wolves.

I said this the other week, they have the air of a team that are done. Forest have a bit of a momentum and arguably the strongest starting XI of any of the bottom sides. West Ham are still woefully inconsistent but are picking up points, whereas Spurs have one draw out of about 6 or 7 PL games. It wouldn't surprise me if Forest go on a bit of a run now and it is left between Spurs and WH to fight it out for the last survival spot.

We weren't able to keep the ball for large parts of the game, and it's tricky to score without it. City set up to make it very difficult to play out from the back, but also neutralised the long ball options. It was very smart positionally. Raya is a far better passer of the ball than Kepa and could have made a difference there, but Calafiori at LB for Hincapie was a change we should have seen earlier to shake up the passing options, and Martinelli for Trossard on the left wing would have added some pace that might have helped a long ball game.

So yeah, Kepa is at partly to blame for us not scoring - as much as a forward who failed to defend from the front or lost the ball is to blame for a team conceding. Football now is more than ever a team sport. I think the main failure was probably Arteta's, for not being able to find a way out of City's midfield trap, we got killed tactically.

Yes i agree with your assessment. We need to start turning draws into wins now starting in our next game home to Wolves.
This is the time of the season when goal difference come into play and Tottenham having a big superior GD over West Ham means that it's worth a point.
It could all come down to the wire in which our final game is against Leeds at home.
