So how are Middlesbrough and their fans going to make arrangements for the final in four short days time?! Can those tickets be printed and distributed and can those many coaches be organised for the journey down to Wembley?🤔

Wembley uses e-ticketing, anyone wanting a paper ticket has to print it at home. As for transport? Anyone's guess. If I was a coach company in Middlesbrough I wouldn't have been holding on to coaches on the off-chance of this outcome.

My guess is Boro will be calling coaches from all over the country and perhaps even subsidising them.

Surely some if not all the Middlesbrough players will be abroad on their holidays, thinking the season ended for them two weeks ago. Getting back from say Dubai, as they won't be in the likes of Scarborough, then getting match fit before Saturday is almost impossible!

I suspect the players were all told to stay put with the hearing looming. If they were allowed to disappear, someone at Boro has some explaining to do 😂

I would have thought that Middlesborough might have believed they had a chance of this happening and put holidays on hold for a couple of weeks.

No they won't.

They always knew this was a possible outcome, and would have been hoping for it, and prepared for it, even if it wasn't expected.

Well, its the hope that kills and we've still got hope.

Never lose hope but always remember that it is just hope. Don't feel let down when results don't go your way.

But...

It could happen. Last time Bristol Rovers were in the national league, on the last day of the season, they needed to get a better result or win by 5 more goals by the team above them for automatic promotion. You never go into a match expecting to score at least 5, you just hope. On the day, Northampton won 3-1 but with 5 minutes to go, Rovers made it 7-0 and the rest is history.
