The Football.....

They can't keep blaming managers. Carrick is the tenth since Fergie went thirteen years ago.

United's problems go far deeper than the coach.

The problem I reckon is Fergie still being around the place. Aye, the guy is a club legend but everyone needs to move on.

Maybe the players think they know better than the manager, when they should be following reasonable requests from Carrick.

It is as simple as this. All clubs go through cycles of highs and lows. United had their highs, then lows, then Fergie highs.
Now they are in their lows again. The same can be said for any club that has reached the pinnacle.

Him with his 'best United manager ever' unofficial title, breathing down the neck of manager after manager must seriously unsettle them!

Should have just stuck with Moyes these last 12 years. They'd have done no worse and would have saved tens of millions.

The thing i dont like about Utd is that every time they have a manager who gets them on a losing streak, they change him . Why dont they hold onto him and just keep losing

They still don't seem to get this. United have only really ever had two sustained periods of success and they were both built around the cult of personality of two big Managers; Busby and Ferguson. Most clubs in professional football are similar really, probably the only exception is Chelsea under Abramovich who managed to have repeated success under an ever changing roster of Managers.

Fernandes is clearly a talented footballer but he is also a spoilt child who eventually throws every Manager they have under the bus.
