Yeah, but he's just a twat, you get those here! I don't like him either. Being rude to people, especially people who by their position or stature have difficulty responding, isn't clever. It's just rude. Some people can get away with it because they build up a empathetic relationship with their 'victims', like Barry Humphries as Dame Edna Everage.
