I did The Guardian Saturday Quiz with my eldest last night over a couple of beers. We've quite often done it as a family endeavour, it's a completely different beast from the Thursday quiz and can generate a fair amount of head-scratching, debate and brain-storming. Sometimes we'll save up several editions and make a quiz night of it. We got 11/15 - which I think might be a family record, and for three of the four we missed we had the correct answer on the shortlist while debating.
So anyway, have at it - if you want. I won't be keeping score as I only ever do it socially with the offspring, but posted it here 'cos there seem to be a few quizzers (and didn't want to wreck the Thursday quiz thread with it)
