It is! It's been under construction for ages.. Certainly beforehand my last visit. Not sure when it was finally finished. Much better than covering fields IMHO.

Brilliant. Car parks are ugly places, and cars bake in the sunshine (at better times of year, obviously).
Why not make them more useful by producing a bit of 'leccy and provide some shade at the same time.

Free to park, too! I go there a couple of times a year and ride to Cambridge & Grantchester for a family meet-up and have watched the progress of this.
Yes, great idea that more places should follow.

Me in front of an offshore wind farm substation (didn’t bring my bike unfortunately). I can’t recall the name of the wind farm but it was about 20 miles off Barrow. I’m trying to smile and hold down breakfast at the same time 🤢 😭
