Not even a hundredth of one percent! I think overdeveloped muscles look even worse than underdeveloped muscles - just big and clumsy.

The kind of muscular build I admire is that of Fabian Cancellara, the first cyclist that I posted a photo of a page or two back (he happens to be exactly my height and is my build, only he is young and very fit!) ...

OR

... skinny-muscular, the best example being Bruce Lee!

That was actually shot at the end of production when he had lost weight due to the heat etc filming , in his prime he was a bit more "buff"

He was the reason i took up kung fu !

I did notice that he didn't look quite as scrawny in some of the other pictures that I found of him!

I suppose that when your body fat is that low, a kilo or so makes a huge difference.

I realised a few winters back that something had changed when I saw a group of young women scantily clad in Santa Claus outfits outside a pub and my immediate reaction was 'If they are not careful, they will catch their death of cold'!
