I dressed up for World Book Day and rode my very old Red Bike to school.
Then for my Infant Book Club, which I run on Thursdays anyway, we had some games and activities based around the book of The Jolly Postman. I made some envelopes, doors and letter boxes to act out the story. The children all had a good day, they had some great costumes.

I noticed that people on flash bikes, mostly chaps, who would normally acknowledge me, looked straight through me today as if I wasn't there!!

XOXO
I'm glad you worked out which way to face on your bike. Steering, braking and well, everything would have been difficult if you'd set off backwards.

Would have been amusing though!

Until the crash anyway.
I'm sure you can find a video of someone doing it though! I've never fancied a stunt bike but this Puch is much easier than my other bikes for going none handed. I expect technical people will know why that is.

Hard of hearing..I said Herd of Herring..oh FFS..
As a kid, I had a "proper" Elswick GPO bike - my dad was a postal inspector and rescued one that had been in a crash, "fixed" it and let me loose on it. T'was a bag o' sh!te, but I loved it
