Yes! Further proof of the need for a mental aptitude test before allowing anyone to get a driver licence, the current requirement to demonstrate an ability to control a vehicle in a safe manner is not enough!

It's the stupidity of people doing it in the road...and it's not outraged, it's shaking head in despair at said stupidity.

I’m pretty open to stupid people killing themselves. I am amazed I got through my yoof. When I tell my children SOME of the things I did, they aren’t awed (thankfully) they tut like sensible, mini aunties.

It’s the people killed by stupid people that tips my opinion the other way.

Doesn't take much for a road to be suddenly occupied by another vehicle, animal or another person though. And even at low speed a car can do serious damage.

I'm with @Spinney on this being incredibly stupid, and I'd also say it's pretty selfish.

I can't actually believe folk don't see a problem with getting out of a moving vehicle and fannying about "for the Vine".
