The Majority of Adults don't exercise enough apparently

I rode to a friend's bbq the other day, 11 miles. Would have been 6 in a straight line, but I went down quiet lanes instead. Almost all the adults there offered to put my bike in the back of their car to take me home. They genuinely thought I was mad when I set off home pedalling.

Only for you posh people who have the luxury of a "disabled crapper" I have to make do with a standard crapper cubicle.

We have a sign on our disabled loo (next to the solitary changing room) saying that it should only ever be used in "extreme" circumstances by non-disabled people, and otherwise the standard loos should be used.

I've been in the job a year now - never seen anyone ever use that disabled loo. Cleaned every day though. Probably the cleanest loo in the building.
