The Mayor of Philadelphia

A colleague of mine has just told me that the new Mayor of Philadelphia is called Nutter. So this has led to a whole bevvy of interesting headlines of the sort 'Nutter wins election by landslide' or 'Nutter's plan for education'. It could only happen in the States.
