Recorded this off the telly recently. I'd forgotten how offbeat and funny it is...

Since remembering Dustin Hoffman's Alfa Spider in the 'which car?' thread I've had a hankering to see The Graduate again. Particularly the sub-aqua scene, for some reason.
Pirates of the Caribbean box set. Never seen the films but have heard how good they are. Blu ray boxset was going cheap on Amazon so why not..
excellent choice...totally love those films. The soundtrack to the worlds end film in particular is amazing.

Django unchained, watched it on a plane recently, an excellent film. Christophe Waltz is becoming one of my favourite actors.

I saw it in a free cinema here..I just went along with no idea really about what the film that night would be and it was this one...really excellent. Another film I saw recently was called Flight with Denzil Washington ..also most excellent..unless you are on a plane

Re-re-re-watched the original Airplane recently...the one where the in-flight movie running unremarked in the background to various scenes is a succession of fireball plane crashes.

Worlds End (this coming Saturday). Waited 35 years for this one:

Looks better than that CGI yawn-fest that's Pacific Rim.

Also, if you still can catch it, check out Man of Steel. It's a fun riff on the Superman story with good performances, stunning design and effects although the action scenes are a tad too long. Good fun though.
