Can't make its mind up here. It's glorious sunshine at the moment but we had torrential, horizontal rain earlier

Just been out for an 18 mile ride. The weird thing is that when I got home and tried to get off the bike my hips had seized up a bit. They're definitely a bit odd still now. I wonder if it was the cold wind getting into me bones...
