TBH....bike parts/bikes are the only decent reliable stuff the Italians can do well, other than food.... it's taken them a bit though to catch up, and dare I say, pass Shimano at present......

Their cars/motorbikes aren't that reliable......

ShimoNo is OK for riding down to the shops, as you would in a Morri-Minor, but for the joys of the open road, it must be Campagnolo. I think policemen should be made to salute passing bikes with the Super-C, as they used to Rolls Royces.

I always thought the best way to enjoy the joys of the open road was on a fixed wheel. The pearson Touche' being a superb example

Just another thing, that bike is hand made in Milan, limited edition. OK, the paint job is quite loud, but the bike itself is a work of art.

Sorry, and each to his own and all that, but to my eyes that is one dog ugly bike. And I'm not just talking about the paintwork!

If you buy the Pearson don't waste it just commuting, use it for long rides as well.

It's F'ing hilly here...so ratio choice is the key....yup It will get used....and my MTB back to MTB use.....

Changed the chain ring on mine after twelve months, put a 46 on, gave me a 68 inch gear, can get up most hills on that.
