Jeepers, the tea thread has gone back in time. You're discussing the types things that were discussed several years ago in the thread started by @Lord of the Teapot (remember him).

I had a selection box of Indian teas a year or so ago, mostly Darjeelings and Assam from Nothing But Tea. I found the Assams too malty, and the Darjeelings had a slightly bitter after taste. But I found one which I really liked which was a Margaret's Hope second flush. Loose leaf and without milk.

It's a lovely golden amber colour, fairly delicate in taste if you don't brew it for too long and no bitterness.
