Two old enough to know and act better and definitely not realising they're getting old, 80 plus year olds had a fight outside these flats yesterday afternoon! 
One lives in the flats, the other in the sheltered housing building across the road. Both had been drinking according to reports. I wasn't home at the time, but a neighbour told me about it when I arrived home, saying they were punching each other in the face and it only ended when 2 police cars and a van turned up to break it up! The neighbour said after a 'stern ticking off' as they say, both were free to leave. Alcohol and 'hot weather' fueled no doubt as both had been in the pub around the corner for a few hours before the kerfuffle!

The theory is that if people no longer smoke they won't be taking a lot of space in the hospitals so funding will not be required for that.

Yeah I get that, but its still tax dollars that will need to be reallocated eventually.

I suppose you don't need to old to remember the song and lyrics, which date from 1982. Or to have seen the displayed movie. But i imagine most will be at least in our early 50s.
But you probably do need to be officially old to be bothered enough to look up dates, calculate ages and then write two paragraphs about it.
