My daughter had a very realistic tiger. It used to startle visitors to our house when they caught sight of it for the first time.

Not since it went to a local charity shop several years ago where it spent a few weeks startling customers before being sold.

My mother used to have a life size cardboard cut out of John Wayne in the living room. That *really* used to make people jump.

My Mum has a 5' long cuddly tiger. It is quite realistic looking. It lives in the conservatory and is sometimes 'placed' in different places in the garden to 'sun itself'.

Realism in toys is quite outstanding these days... my cats are 100% fooled by their stuffed mouse toy!

I like the bit when they cleared a golf course and were considering closing the M27. But when they started to realise that there was no heat source, and it blew over under the down draught from the helicopter, that it might be a toy! More Keystone cops than a professional Police force. there was a good article in the Guardian this morning.

Its on the News at Ten, and certainly looks real!
