Aye, so Braeburn it is, then, if I can find any. Thanks for the tips.
Let us know how it goes. They might turn out not to have a huge amount of available juice - I'm only recommending the flavour here! Braeburn EDIT! Bramley cooking apples have a lot of juice. If an apple has too dense a texture it won't be a good juicer, eg Russets.

@victor - Edit - I meant Bramley cooking apples have a lot of juice. I don't know about Braeburns and they're not cookers. I meant that's what I use (Bramleys), would like to know how Braeburns do! Sorry it was a bit late and I was tired!
