Hi, I help organise and run this ride in Suffolk (I also do the posters :smile:. It always seems to be sunny on this day and there's a great atmosphere. The last couple of years have seen numbers steadily increase so hoping for even more in 2011. All the details are below...

The Suffolk Villages Charity Bike Ride

Sunday 26th June 2011

With a choice of 3 rides (25k, 45k or 75k) through some of Suffolk's beautiful countryside and villages... there's an achievable challenge for all cyclists or anyone who wants a fun day out!

Supporting:
* British Heart Foundation
* Lions Charities

The Event will include:
* Free bananas and water at marshal points
* First aid
* Regular Marshal points and traveling Marshals
* Traveling Bike Mechanic
* Colour coded route markers on all 3 rides.
* Refreshments on sale

Registration and Start
between 8:30am -11am

Blackbourne Centre
Elmswell

(Parking available)

Entry Fee*:
* £15 - For entries recieved before closing date (20/6/2011)
* Under 16years £7
* Register on the day of the ride £20


-All fees, donations and sponsorship will directly support your chosen charity.

Can you please arrange for the weather to be as nice as last year but I could do without rushing the wife back so that I could find a pub to watch England get knocked out of the World Cup!

Ha! I WISH. Although to be honest if it was between the ride or my wedding later this month—I'd go with the wedding :smile:
