Both arms in plaster is just horrible!!

Does Mrs Rocky know that you can get waterproof covers for casts nowadays so having a bath is much easier. Obviously once the first 2 weeks of pain has died down. I had one 4 years ago and they are excellent and worth the money. They are absolutely no good for washing up though!

I might leave it a few weeks before suggesting that......I'm told that a plaster cast forearm smash can be quite painful.
