Do you remember the incident a while back involving a driver deliberating swerving at cyclists, on incident caught on camera.

Well it's gone to court.

Just shows it's worth reporting these incidents, even if only to put together small pieces of a bigger picture. Good on Swindon police for tracking him down.

There was a video on here somewhere of one incident, a head on swerve to a cyclist.

Presumably yes - and just as well, because without it, I fear it would just be another in the endless litany of cases dismissed because 'it's just his word against his'. Whereas with the vid he'll probably get a lengthy ban and with any luck a fine that will force him to sell his car to pay for it.

Only a spell prison is appropriate for any act of unprovoked violence against an innocent person.

But three independent incidents in the space of one week makes it his word against three others. And if it can be shown that the three people have never met each other or colluded then it makes their testimony much stonger.
