Way back in my student days I admit to watching it..... Last time I watched it was when Hinree left the show (goodness that actor couldn't act hence the fascination). However, the show has definitely left its mark on me -"Mangelling" is now a verb for me. Superb word to use as well.

I used to like Neighbours, it was popular for all ages. I even went and visited Ramsay Street when I was in Australia. What I liked most was that everyone was mostly happy in it, unlike Eastenders. Shouldn't be too big a problem, as I keep saying to everyone who will listen, a £40 android box doesn't care what channel it's been on, and you can watch at your leisure.

I used to fancy the dark haired mumsy one in it, when my kids used to watch it. She was married to a GP, IIRC.
Actually I'd probably still fancy her.

I spent a week camping next door to the plot-writer for Pobol y Cwm. We had Paella and wine together.
