Only takes 5 mins to splice the clip, put it online and fill out the form.

Some people have a limit on how much they can upload though. I did with my broadband and as it was costing my dad a lot of money when I went over the limit (pretty much ever time) he upgraded it to BT infinity unlimited, so I can now upload as many videos as I want (and I have been doing).
I am not sure if the person in question has a limited upload amount but it is possible.

Is it worth the bother though ? IMHO it's not worth the effort to compile the video and fill in what ever on-line forms there may be. Just enjoy your cycling.
