I have heard it said (can't remember who it was) that a spud shoved up the exhaust pipe can provide hours of endless amusement to passers by or people who just happen to be watching.
I understand that for a vehicle with twin exhausts the fun can be even more amusing because the said vehicle runs but only just.

Of course 'I' would never do such a thing.

Spud up Exhaust is a myth.
It just shoots out the Exhaust unless you use something to wedge it in.

Condom on the exhaust (if it's a round one) but you have to tightly wrap an elastic band around it to ensure it stays on.

That spray expanding foam wouldnt budge,you know the stuff,in an aerosol can,you shake them before spraying,it swells then sets hard for cavities and things,shove the tube up far enough and it would take a very long time to clean it out.

Schrader valve remover.

They're fitted to the top of some dust caps.
