I'm due a couple of new tyres very soon to see me through the winter I'm currently running Conti GP400s II which are great and was about to get another set until I saw these.

for a price of one tyre I could get two?

Not sure if anyone will have any experience of these yet as new, worth a punt? If you have used them any feed back would be appreciated

They look like they are heavily influenced by Schwalbe Marathon and Durano. I'd be interested to see how you get on with them.

Probably be pretty good. The other Lifeline stuff if ok. I'm sure that was the make of brake cartridges and pads I bought for the road bike and they have been excellent.

I'm willing to take the plunge but am very nervous I will end up in puncture city, and my route is far from puncture friendly (dark country roads) and I have built up a lot of trust with my existing more expensive tyres.

Although, I have the lifeline spd peddles that are great so the brand seems okay...sop far, much like their DHB clothing (hopefully)

The armoured commuter tyre looks interesting as it has the same 5mm of rubber barrier as my M+, but these are folding according to the description which, if the specs are to be believed, contributes to a weight saving of about 200-300 grams per tyre!!

I find tredz tyres sell the brands a lot cheaper than most and free delivery, a conti sports plus goes on very ever and rolls nicely, the last time I ordered they were well under £20, been my london commute tyre for a few years now after trying plenty, they never really wear out, I've run them way past the point the rubber was gone
