Back wheel went from under me last night on CS3. Think I caught the white line but cant be sure. Hopped back on my bike and cycled the remaining 6 miles home. Bit tender in the evening but nothing special.

Woke up this morning and I have a upper thigh like Chris Hoy excepts its black and blue. Can walk but cycling was out of the question this morning.

Jens Voigt & Johnny Hoogerland would be ashamed of me. I'm sure they would just cycle through the pain.

you mean dressed in rain coats unless they're Geordies of course


bang the other thigh the same way and you'll have a matching pair, then you can brag to your mates and say ... "This is what cycling has done for me", while having the thighs covered

Reminds me of the time i fell off on ice and tore the tendons holding my ribs together , it hurt to breathe but as soon as i was able i was back on the bike while taking co-codamol .

Been to hospital. Nothing broken but even the doctor was impressed by the size of the bruise. It's huge. Limping around the office at the moment but will try my bike at weekend to see how painful it is.
