I've got 8 hours to kill in Lisbon tomorrow afternoon/evening. Any suggestions on what to do? I can speak passable Portuguese so communication isn't a problem, but I don't know Lisbon at all. ^_^

Find the main square and order a pint of finest Portuguese beer down it in one stand on an outside table and sing loud and clear.

So ...... How was Rio?

Is there such a thing as fine Portuguese beer? From past experience they only have Sagres and Super Bock, both are xx(

It was an interesting trip. Lots to see and do. Lasting memory of being offered cannabis repeatedly. Only remembered drugs had been decriminalised when I had left.

You didn't buy any did you? I was offered a large block for something stupid like 200 Euros. They let you try their's which is the proper strong stuff then they sell you something which smells like burning rubber.

The ones who offered it to me said if i paid the 200 Euros up front they'd deliver it to my hotel in an hour or so. Naturally i declined but the rest of the holiday was spent avoiding these dodgy gits.
