Staying at the in-laws a few years ago. I need an early morning slash. Approached the bathroom and the door was open.. mother in law was already on the loo. Naked!

We have a winner!

A hideous fat woman from Accrington bending over a block on top of a hill with her drawers around her ankles and a young man standing behind her pumping away, when I cycled past with PaulB and Bromptonfb. As we rode past, eyes averted in embarrassment, she screeched "Eh lads are ya comin' over for some?"

Numerous dead bodies in Lagos, either squashed flat as carpets or scattered all over the road. You try to look away but it's usually too late. Nowadays whenever I see anything human-sized and brown in the road I flinch.

The dead body of a guy who had jumped out of the sky scraper I was coming out of.
A kid who must've been about 8 years old (at most) puffing away on a fag.

Seen a few sex/nudity type things but I'm alright with a bit of fetish. It worries me that people are so uptight about it.

The bone of the tip of my little finger poking out of a gaping wound when I caught my finger on a sharp piece of metal when chasing a chicken that was destined to be a Sunday dinner.

I was thinking something similar - the inside of my leg after the dog had ripped it open. Muscle, muscle sheath, severed artery, the subcutaneous fat. thankfully the severed nerve and the punctured vein were not visible - fanscinating to see it all in the real, but why did it have to be my leg?

Visited my mother in law, who is 78, in hospital after her knee operation, she is laying on top of the bed with a NHS nightie on. I sat on a seat at the bottom of the bed, my wife sits at the side of the bed. Was doing the small talk stuff when she adjusted her position, legs open, I got an eyeful of, well, I just got an eyeful. The shock must of been etched on my face, my wife says "Mum, have you got any knickers on?" (I knew the answer already) "No" she replies, my wife says "I think Lance Jack got an eyeful!" didn't bother her. For me, my eyes are still burning.

I've seen some horrid things and beastly carnage and tears, but one that really haunts me was just a stain. Someone had bled to death in a gutter on a slight incline and left an enormous stain. The body was gone when I arrived, but somehow the stain stays in my mind, like when you stare at a bright light and see its negative when you close your eyes.
In a similar vein I visited the workshops of a fire & flood clear up company, in the corner of the workshops was a sofa, it was completely covered in soot from a fire. Completely covered that is with the exception of the shape of a body. The clean cream leather where the unfortunate victim had lain and died. Nearly bought me to tears. Still does.

Riding home from Dunham Massey the other evening, saw a dove crossing the road, in traffic on the other side of the road. She realised late, and tried to fly away, but failed. The car hit her and it was all feathers. She tumbled down and was still alive, very briefly.

I did a physical cringe!
