It may just have been a larger freak of nature sort of Otter.
This happens more than you would think and not just with Otters.
I once took a girl home who showed me a Beaver that was much bigger than the ones I'd seen before. Bloody enormous it was!

In one of my early jobs I was tasked with taking £3.5 million in cheques between offices. It's one big stack of cheques! Obviously no risk otherwise they wouldn't have trusted me with it, but it was a thrill at the time.
The thing I'd like to have seen is zeppelins. Those must have looked fab in real life (ignoring all the negative associations of course).
