I used to know some students who played in a band called 'The Batty Men'.
It was what the local black youths used to call them, they thought it meant 'eccentric' and took it as a compliment.
They only found out what it actually meant years later.

In the mid-eighties, I played in a band called ' The Smithson Blues Band' but all the pubs knew us as 'The Groundhogs' as we played the same shoot every day !!!

We changed out name to 'The Groundhogs' and couldn't get a gig !!!

There was, I gather, a rather sucessful and famous bands called the Groundhogs. One of the top salesmen in my first job had been in their line up before resuming an IT career

"Free Beer" would be a good name to get people in.

Although, once they discover it's just the name of the band, you'll end up as popular as Shakin' Stevens was at the Newbridge Memo

"Sold Out" is a bad name - don't use that one
