I saw that too. One thought... it looks like plain gauge 531 rather than 531c? If so slightly heavier. I think it looks decent.

Looks okay, nothing special. In good condition for that age. Would cost about £100 to sort out assuming you don’t want to stick with tubs, less if you do.
All original apart from the wheels and would make a nice vintage bike.

It doesn't look like a 56cm frame. Maybe it just has a short head tube.

My experience of Holdsworths is that they are "journeyman" frames, not the best built but light enough. I've had two where the steerer tube was brazed in wonky, giving small offset and supertanker steering.
