Fistly - put the steerer bung back together - don't know why you took that bits in the first place.

Secondly - whats the brand name printed on the top cap and top cover that is just out of view? as the manufacturer likely has cross sectional technical drawings online that show how it stacks up complete with step by step guides.

It's no more difficult than putting hoops over a my one year old nephews skittle toy, you just have to put them on in the right order to make it light up and emit funny noises.

and cos its a carbon frame, make sure its a REALLY big, heavy hammer, and give it plenty of welly, whilst the bottom of the head tube is resting at an angle on your back door step.
