Wedge potatoes cooked in the oven at 200 for 20 mins with a drizzle of olive oil and some rosemary and thyme, into a dish, salted and peppered and finally a large dollop of Bearnaisse sauce. Add a pint or two of a beer of your choice and you have a great sporting (on TV) snack. :biggrin:
