Coming from North Wales I'm used to all the baaaaad sheep jokes 
I'm fine thanks, had a slightly wooly head for a bit but ok now.......
Bike is fine, wheel intially out of line was the only damage.
It was a single run away sheep that seemed to launch itself from high up a bank, right in front of my wheel.... Tbh there are so many sheep wandering around here that I doubt it'd be worth even tracking down the farmer.
Just glad I made the decision a while back to always wear a helmet.
I, however, have no intention of turning this into a debate about helmets. Just put up the pic so others could come to their own conclusions
