The local Romford girls only school has a uniform policy of green blazer and green skirt. That part is strictly adhered to, length of skirt isn't and so you can't see must skirts as the blazers are longer.

Yes, they are not a 'new' thing, but they are coming en masse to a pikey shoe shop near you! will they go with baseball caps and adidas track suits or will it be a more skinny jeans and silly floppy hair kind of weirdo dude that will wear them?
