Just need a couple of dedicated people who have spare time to organise, from this legs can be split up and some riders to come over to the route, instead of the route going to the riders if you get what I mean.

i am willing to help if required. Just a thought (probably done to death before) but why not decide a route and then ask for an organiser for each county that it passes through? Obv some will have much more to organise than others. but some people enjoy organising more than others of course.

this was commented on by people that had experience, there were some awfully good points made regarding the organisation needed, you only needed one herbert to no show and it all went a bit shoot a bit quick, it's a long way and it needs a lot of handovers, just look how the jersey relay worked
