My cycling total is Shamefully low, not sure exactly but under 2000. Swimming has been the major focus as the other thread suggests. The running has Depended ony ankle injury which has come and gone over the past 6 months, but on a good week 50 miles, bad week nothing.

5600 for me. A bit up on my usual 4-5000 miles. How do you people find the time for all these high mileages? I mean well done but I could never find the time to do much more than I am doing now.

Clocked up 20 000 today.

28 miles each way every day 'til today - the 'Eternal commute'.
Good on you lukesdad - I hope you have him sitting behind sometimes.
I don't bother counting - it's only when I'm in company it is fun because intended and actual mileage are two different fragrances! On my own I dump all that stuff and just ride - I don't wear a watch either.
(garmin sometimes counts it but I don't know how to work it...)
Love you arallsopp

Riding with others is great fun and I hope the majority of your miles were with others, in great company!

I am just short of 3000 miles on my road bike but would have covered the shortfall on my mountain bike.
I am aiming for 3500 miles next year.
There are some very impressive mileages on this thread, well done everybody.

10,621 miles so far. I won't be adding more than about 200 to that by the end of the year.

I beat my target of 10k and managed to lower my best time over 100 miles, however, I didn't manage to achieve my 3rd target of joining a club and trying a race or TT as I just don't have the courage to give it a go. Maybe next year. Trouble is that I just think I'm too old for that sort of thing!

I achieved my goal of 3000 so I'm pleased. Worst months were August when I was away on holiday and March when I broke my elbow, and did under 100 in each. The best month was June when I did over 400.

Amazing. Is the majority of your mileage racing/training lukesdad?

Sort of Aperitif. I have a long commute on quiet roads so I use each day to concentrate on different aspects of training each morning with an easier ride Home.

I do a 3 month pilgrimage to M-I-L in hampshire and back that accounts for 2000 miles.

Club ride or race on Sundays, and off road on the Mtb on a saturday or a day off dont clock these miles as its leisure not easy to record bacause half the time can t remember where ive been.

Do about 6 weeks work away from home each year in different parts of the country. Take bike and do long rides each day exploring clock these, for example just done 3 weeks in leicester.
