Mornin' Ape and all,

Looks like another no-go on the commute today (boo hiss) so am almost definitely stalled at my current mileage for the year.

8,692.91 miles (of a target 8,760)

When I break it down though, the figures start to look lovely:

5,074.3 necessary commuting miles (288 journeys - saving against train: £1,281.60)
949.87 recreational solo miles (3 rides, one was massive)
2,668.74 miles in the esteemed company of CCers (56 rides, all splendid).

Definite highlights amongst the 56 were the 'and backs' which followed myriad FNRttCs (Mouseketeers!), Dun Run, back, and the NLBS trips (cheers ILB!), Tour of Hampshire CC ride (thanks Peter, Davy, CoG, Jedi, Radius, DJ, Ape, Origamist, Tdr1nka) two excursions out to meet AH (Mouseketeers (including Ian on the first)) and many roadside moments spent with high spirits, good friends, and no maps.

All in, I feel just grand about things, and reckon the £1300 will go nicely towards the n+1 fund.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
3825 miles for me , just commuting mileage as i do not get chance at the weekend.

Just convinced mrs CK to let me join CTC and they have club runs on a sunday so next year may be a bit more if i can twist her arm to let me loose ..............

Too early to say as I haven't finished commuting yet. I'll not reach my target of 3,000 miles at this rate though

Total 4715 miles so far this year (if the snow goes I'll be out), 30 miles more than last, phew...that took a monster mile month in November in crap conditions to keep up... not deliberate - just lots of long commutes.

Not bad considering very few rides of over 40 miles due to my shoulder.... did a 60ish with Longers and Dan_bo a few months back, but no other big rides.

Hope to smash this next year with a few sportives planned now....roll on Cheshire Cat !

11640 so far. No more work commutes but still got the ride to the farm twice a day with plenty of different routes varying from 3-20 miles depending on time and conditions.

As i'm at work tomorrow & failed to go out today this is it.

2572.76 miles this year - last year 1830, so pleased with the increase.

160 rides

average speed of just under 17 mph

average distance of 16 miles (ranging from 4.5 to 115 miles)

average ride time of 61 minutes.

Hope for the same or more next year.
