We all should. I don't because i hardly ride at all these days due to ill health, and when i do i ride mostly traffic free routes. And I cant afford a camera.

It’s not blocked, the drivers have no right to be there. They should proceed on the section of road available to them.

The fact they are acting illegally is completely irrelevant tyo the question of whether he is blocking the road.
It is simple fact that he is.

This pedestrian is blocking the shop I’m trying to drive through. Can they kindly get out the way.
You can’t be illegally blocking someone trying to go somewhere they are not allowed. Nothing illegal about what Mike is doing.

It is illegal to obstruct the highway, and that is what he is doing.

That was my thought as well
I think what he did at the corner was valid
I do feel that he does go out looking for problems that are not serious enough
Someone on a phone while in a car is illegal - but if the car is stationary then the risk is very low - for example
There are bigger problem with cars to be sorted out than that
and concentrating on things that are actually illegal but have almost zero chance of causing harm just makes him look like a fusspot
and the rest of the cycling community is put into the same category by "some people" as a result

So how, exactly, is somebody *legitimately* coming the other way going to get past the obstruction? Of course he is.
But that is irrelevant, since the legislation (as linked above) makes no mention of "legitimate users".
It just says:
"If a person, without lawful authority or excuse, in any way wilfully obstructs the free passage along a highway he is guilty of an offence".
It isn't even about him blocking a specific person, it is the fact he is obstructing the free passage.
