thoughts on this Bike?

Hi

Beenoffered this bike for £350, what do you guys think? Help needed!

Its a Specialized secteur comp but it has being built up from scratch so some of the specs arent exactly the same, apparently there better? Im not sure due to my lack of knowlege!

carbon seat post
ITM stem with carbon bars
tektro lightweight brake calipers
prolite como wheels
miche chainset
shimano 105 rear mech
ultegra front mech
9 speed double

I'd bite their hand off.

But just check the braking works ok as I heard cabling can be an issue when you switch from drop handlebar to flat.

i would check the frame number to ensure its not stolen, sounds like a good deal if legit

as long as its legit, I too would be biting their hands off!
I'd want them bars replacing with proper ones though

Hmm, I don't know how Spesh frame sizes work out but it looks from the saddle height and the pics of size 45 shoes in another photobucket album like the bike's too small for him. There are some, presumably earlier, pics of the same bike in a grubbier state so it's possible that he's bought the bike cheap and cleaned it up. If the bank account name matches the photobucket account and it's the same the house and same off-road vehicle in the pics, they would be good signs. I'd want to know his history with that bike first, though.
