Threadless bottom brackets

So basically I have thread damage on my Felt Z100. Been looking at reviews for threadless bottom brackets and whilst general thoughts are none of them are great, short of replacing the frame I don't see much other option.
I was just wondering if there are any that are better than others or any that people have used that they could recommend. I know it's only a cheap frame but I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to it yet

I used one on a Cannondale aluminium mountain bike frame, worked ok.

I have used one in the past,work fine.I used 2 bb tools to install it
