Everything there including two keys.
I purchased this with the intention of modifying it to carry a tandem, however I then stumbled on a Peruzzio tandem carrier, going for a song on Ebay.
So the Thule item is now surplus to requirements.

My travels take me to Bourne, Lincolnshire every couple of weeks, so collection could be arranged accordingly.
